MINIMUM STAY: In most cases, 3-night minimum ( 4-night minimum during Marathon in mid-April and Regatta in mid-October). Shorter stays: add 10%. Monthly in winter unless with short notice. Monthly additional $75/month cleaning fee and a 1/2 month security deposit.

High Season: April to mid November.
Winter Season: mid November to through March.
