This two-bedroom, one bathroom unit has a private entrance through the side hallway and boasts high ceilings, artistic ambiance and a spacious living/dining room area with a queen sleep sofa. The designer full bath offers a stylish claw foot tub with French showerhead and a separate stall shower. There is a spacious full kitchen and large dining room table for leisurely dining. The owners occupy the lower levels of the Victorian home, and will happily share with you descriptions of nearby historical sites (along with their favorite local eateries!). For larger parties, you can also rent the carriage house unit (IN250) on the property. Tandem parking is available in the driveway, and on the corner outside the house is a bus stop that takes you directly to the North End and continues to downtown Boston. You can also drive a few minutes to the orange line subway or walk ten minutes to the commuter train into the city. The apartment is located on the Medford/Everett line, just three miles from downtown Boston and less than five miles from Tufts University. All linens and kitchen items provided. No breakfast provided.
